Accion San Diego presents the Small Business Boot Camp for owners of start-up ventures and growing businesses. This event will feature an extensive resource center, networking opportunities, and two specialized programs led by a team of small business coaches. The Start-Up Program is specially designed for new and aspiring business owners, while the Growth Program is for seasoned business owners.
The Start-Up Program will cover:
- 10 key steps to starting a business
- Financing and banking basics for new ventures
- Marketing 101 for new businesses
The Growth Program will cover:
- Financial statements and how to tell if a business is fiscally fit
- Hiring and managing employees for growth
- Marketing that’s actually profitable
